Asunto: [U21] Bobby Moore - The last champion in the world 1966

I decided to open up a new subject, in which i hope will help us train players better. As you know i have sent many informations to many clubs in which there are English players (thank you for the information on this) I have seen in some teams that players need 2 different trainings E.G Some have faster pace and the other a better defender. This makes things harder for which player to pick from. I have opened up this subject to be able to exchange information on English players, i do not want to create another transfer list. This would have players that are not currently sold. I have seen that many clubs have the facilities and money to get players but do not have the right equipment/materials to move on further. It would be great to have people collectively collaborate and talk about these subjects. Additionally, the person who buys a player like this should buy him anyway even with the current price. What i am trying to say is keep players within an English user. The player would be sold without the agreement of the price. As i said keep it in the hands of an English user. We do not throw players in that are on the transfer list. I think this would help in having better training. Write if you think this is a good idea?

I can't really comment with any value as I cannot afford to buy good trainees, and my coach set up isn't good enough anyhow.

Is the idea that if someone has a good trainee that they cannot train they post here and we try to make sure a good English manager who is training that position takes the player?

its not as easy as that mate , in a perfect world it would be nice but unless we all have 30 million in the bank....... it may not work

Great you wrote on the forum, as i thought no one read anything. I am looking to find a resolution to train English players better. To have the smallest fault from leaving. If we want to increase the quality of England we have to do something. After Thursdays meeting i will send out information to everyone who is part of England, hoping this gives an effect. I hope that others have other ideas too that we could look into.

I am absolutely happy to train only English players, I did so previously but having fell out with the previous u21 manager over the best mid not ever playing at the age group....I then had none left apart from Carter. Carter is now gone and I have nothing underneath him......simply nothing has come up midfielder wise. Now I have foreign trainees......I have money in the bank but nothing to buy.

This subjects was created so we can exchange information, after the update of players i will try to send you players you could buy. Today i will be sending g information on the forum.

I don’t have any money either and it appears I need to upgrade the stadium too. Have a good coach set up but that’s about it.

My team has no redeeming features at the moment bar low stadium maintenance costs xD
