Unfortunately, the last nights fail has closed the potential for England to advance further to the world cup. I am taking the blame for myself as i know that in the last few weeks i could not give my full attention, i am upset about it as it made the game not enjoyable. Lack of passion lead to me to not be able to recreate what went well in Scotland. The last few matches i tried to turn it around. I will train English players. Recently, i saw some improvements from my part and just maybe time was the issue. The rest of the season will be less stressful i will add something new that i have been working on. I did not use them in the past matches because the pressure of results was bigger. Today this loss made me actually positive to improve, but i will not force to prove anything if everyone else feels differently. If a new person will candidate i will help train players. I think you should try to create what you did with Scotland. Use next season to prepare for the campaign after…?

This is great you wrote that, i can see that Players 19 from England are developing maybe this is where it should start from. The fact is we do not have luck finding new players. Lately, it did not look good with the potential of finding a star. If the players are in good hands of well trained players that's when we improve. Next week i will play differently than before. I will see the results.Eliminations are lost so i think i should focus on the new generation.

I agree focus on the next generation. Your job with Scotland proves if you focus you can do well. I will try to continue training English players but so few have come up lately. I have 1 that looks like they maybe useful but still 15 weeks left in the school. Should come out around magical and 18nyrs old though….so fingers crossed!

England U21 - USA U21


Today i am playing with Bryan, and we stated that we will be playing with U20 and 3 players from U21. I generally, only will put 2 as i want to give a chance for my U19 players. I will try and win but the results are less important. Today i found a new striker and he is going to debut.

I wanted to inform you about how the situation looks like in U18-19. Playmakers, are good the biggest problem is the defenders. If you do not know what to train then try training more defenders. For strikers, it is not the best Nothis is trying to train the pacers.

i have 3 and may be looking for 1 more ;)

i do find it difficult because there are a lot of fantastic u21s out there but most of them are not our home nations :(

In tomorrow match, i want to play with U20 and I will try to get majority of the players to be U19. In our group everything is done so i want to give the bigger group more training.
