I blame the caps system in RL as probably 20 sub caps, due to things like stamina, 50 caps they go to real speical players , he got 41 caps which i've done many times to many players which is not even a entire 19yo 20yo & 21yo seasons, injuries red cards , on 2 yellows [important game next] all a factor too on why some get more caps than others or more than they should on paper

you try and make more players if you have a small pool as 60 minutes +90 friendly = full training you get 30 [which is 15] for up to 3 other players which i always give to the best younger players coming through as he was, when in training only seasons [after world cup or if not in]
