7-2 win, biggest win of the season so far. But still remain in 5th place. Seem to be stuck there!

Noooooooooooo. Lost 4-3 to Abacus. This was the crunch game where I really thought that I could get a point or even 3. I think that means auto relegation now for me unfortunately...

A win next week could see you potentally avoid auto if you can get more points than a 7th placed side in another II. There is also the game against my lot, but will be a tougher game than Week 1.

Games against you and tough in the same sentence seems an odd use ;)

I don’t hold out much hope for either….My team is better than in week 1 but by nowhere as near as much as yours..

Mind you, one upside, my fans are STILL madly in love with me…and I’ve smashed fanclub expectations for the season. If I auto relegate without playoff loss will they stay MIL???

Improved on my first half of the season result against Abacus. Beat them 6-0 the first time, 8-0 the second time around. Finally moves me out of the playoffs to third place. A win over fman next week could see a second place finish if Springhill fail to beat Padstow.

I wouldn’t beat yourself up over it….I mean Gibbage managed to lose a qualifier so he could BOT bash for a season ;)

I’ve not counted back but must be about half the games this season have been 1 goal diff…yet no draws….

Fans no longer MIL but still got 23 this week so that’s chugging along nicely…

I won the league. A few seasons ago I was in the same situation, relegating although (in my mind, at least) I was league 2 material. But a play off match in which my strikers couldn't score for thier lives and a lucky goal against me saw me back in 3rd. It was the best thing that could happen to be honest.

Has taken me a few goes. I was annoyed about the most recent relegation, but looks like this will be the season finally manage to avoid it!

Remind me who is in a league where the winner could still be a team that hasn't logged in all season :P
