I still don't get the unearthly pace at 35. The pace skill should decrease dramatically after 30. The others are realistic, in fact, quite a lot of players improve them towards the end of their career.

If he was still getting pace training that would significantly slow down his decline. I had a 31 year old last season who dropped a level, so I trained him for 1 week, popped him back up and immediatly sold him ;)

Skill plops are a complete lottery. He is holding skills very well though, and pace plops start around 28yo.

Tomori must've been at level 26 for pace then.
