Hi.
Sorry for my English, but I use a translator.
I would like to become the England U21 coach.
I am Damian, I am 30 years old and I come from Poland. I played Sokker in 2004-2012, then I had a break after which I returned to play in 2020. In the last two seasons I have been leading the Kenyan NT. Although it was difficult to achieve any significant result with them, we managed to play some interesting matches:
Kenya - Severna Makedonija 2: 1
Nicaragua - Kenya 1: 1
Kenya - Costa Rica 1: 0
Ghana - Kenya 0: 1 .
In WCQ I also played against England, where in both games England did not have easy:
England - Kenya 2: 0
Kenya - England 0: 2 .
Why should I become England U21 coach?
Because I have a lot of free time and I am a very active player, which you can see after my logins. I like to arrange tactics and communicate on the forum. I am in constant contact with aligator78 because we are in the same federation. Piotr2901 is also my friend and I will have it easier at the beginning because he can give me the necessary information. I have experience in leading national teams.
What's my plan for England U21?
I have a plan for the next three seasons.
the first season - the best possible result in the Mini World Cup, and the preparation of the U20 team for WCQ.
season two - victory in WCQ and preparation of the team for the U21 World Cup.
season three - the fight for the gold medal in the U21 World Championship.
If you would like to know more about me, feel free to ask any questions.
And if you would like to vote for me, you can do it HERE :)
Thanks to everyone for reading this and best regards. Again, sorry for the poor English.

what is your football logic?
how do you set up your team to play?
There are superstars in your squad.. for example Miller..... i know, being Scotland u21 coach that playing in a u20 mini WC limits time for those players.... what do you think?

and before anyone starts giving me a bad time.........you already have my vote :P
Is your vote a good one though? Could be sabotage from a Scotland U21 manager!
I'm going to play U20 all next season. He wants to prepare for WCQ. Miller is 21 so he won't be playing too much. How will I set up the team? It depends on the opponent and the available players.
Schedule for the next season

My only issue with playing u20 is that future certain full NT players like Miller….and England don’t get many triple divine strikers…….will lose out on extra training which is key to them becoming great players imo.
You're right. I will try to switch a few matches to U20 + 2-3 U21 players

I think that to play the best u21 players if they are special would be wise, only because we seem to have a limited amount of special players these days ;)
Surely the point of the u21 is to do what's best for the full NT....or is this not like real life as much? I guess you could argue both ways?
also the tournament that is being arranged is u20 (out with proper WC)
