Hello! I am running for NT U21 England this season.
I chose this because it's time to go back, after a break of a few seasons.
I coached NT U21 Latvia, NT New Zealand and NT U21 Romania for several seasons.
My best performance - in 2018 I won the silver with NT U21 Romania !!!

Last season I won the league with the most points !

What is your plan for the U21 NT? To win as many games as possible? Anything else?

I have a well-established plan.
1. developing the player base - keeping in touch with users and finding a training plan suitable for each player
2. community involvement in national matches
3. development of tactics adaptable to existing players
4. winning as many matches as possible
Taking over an NT U21 is hard work, but enjoyable. Training the players is part of that.

the players base is so the best. you can't make a better base;)

When I coached NT U21 Romania, I worked a few good seasons before as a scout. The silver medal was a confirmation of my work.

This is not my base. It is the base of the English community that has been created for many seasons. I just update it :)
