Martinez is a small CB, not that size matters if good enough (Mascerano)…..but he’s not a def mid like Rice, who imo is the best in the world in that position and continues to get better and better! The first match I saw Rice he looked class, he does all the simple things well and comes out with most balls he goes for. If we can add some quality we will surprise a few this year imo. City will imo win the league again followed by Liverpool……..I think Chelsea next but maybe Spurs…..hate to say that as I despise them……

You will never have a group come through like that again, for years in all seriousness the best youths have been swallowed by Chelsea or Man City…..I mean would have though Declan Rice was released at 14 by Chelsea? At 15 he played against my son for West Ham when my son was at Brentford.
