Asunto: New Training Regime

Been informed by Borkos007 that you can only train 10 players a week, I wanted everyone to realise this as I did not until today

Only those in advanced training get skill training, those in formational training get abit more than General training

I've wasted 4 weeks on pace with a few players :(

Anyone care to comment on how they have seen training to be the past 3 weeks?

I know this week was bad for me but training seems to be ok

After the changes you can train only 10 players optimally, all with ADVANCED training

the rest gets only formation training, which is not much better than general training...around 1/5 of old/advanced training

so if your player was supposed to pop to solid skill after 4 with normal training, with formation training he will need around 20 trainings

you don't have to believe me, just read the news article about new training

It was confirmed by game owners on forum, that's how new system works

There is no point in having more than 10 players in 'training age'

I didn't actually realise it was possible to believe that more than 10 players got advanced training when only 10 players could be set there.

Yes. It trains players.

10 advanced trainees

Which leaves 23 formation trainees ??

11 who get 90 mins formation training mins
11 90 formation mins Sunday
11 90 formation mins weds.

Its not this, people just think that 100% formation training = 100% advanced training

While 100% formation training is around 20% advanced training

So............

Someone who plays 2 proper matches in the "week"

will get 40% training as per 100% 1 match advanced training?

20% for formation training x 2 games = 40%?

or does that 100% = 20% formation?

100% advanced = 20% formation

So You get 1/5 training for players that are not in advanced training

Its not this, people just think that 100% formation training = 100% advanced training

This is because of the blue lines when you click on a players skill, these blue lines are now part lies and part of the old training, if we were told this the mix up would never of happened, the blue lines have cost me 4 weeks of training on 4 or 5 players and 2 or 3 weeks on others , it has really hurt me, but I am glad i hit the dev forum to ask so now I won't ever look at blue lines for training anymore

But it certainly was an avoidable issue and one that still needs correcting

I always looked at blue lines and marked my training with them as did a lot of other users, if they were white I'd of known

When you told me Borkos i looked at training and clearly it says formational training and advanced training, I said to myself doh! Why did i forget that! I tell you though straight away if they had made it say "Skill training" instead of advanced, because advanced to me says more so than "normal training" or after it says formational training put [20% training] no mistakes would have been made worldwide, again it's a little thing that's easily changed and could have been avoided

What I did was unlearn the rules that were posted in pressroom and carried on with the blue lines, as i expect many have done, until i got no pops

This mis-leadingness has lead you to help people in the forums, which is very good of you borkos, respect!

I think there should be 13 or 14 players in advanced training, or we will be seriously lacking players , maybe the lacking in quality is what they deemed necessary

Yeah the whole reform concept and communication are totally messed up from the beginning and the fact that training graphs aren't fixed now after 4 weeks is ridiculous

I like the general idea behind it but the execution is woeful

years playing this has spoilt it.....cant be bothered any more . 100% IS 100% if its 20 % SAY its 20 % not formation not advanced JUST what percentage my player will receive of training.!!! So simple
