So what are the levels required that people should be aiming at though? What does the NT and U21 need? I mean we talked about having a JS and good coaches but what players should we invest in and what do they need at certain ages to be a certain type of player.

So to start off what skill level should a 16 yo be to be worth promoting out of the JS?
17 Yo
18Yo
19yo
20yo

In my case I sack all the 20 years olds. 19 `s need to be incredible 18 yo formidable 17 year old Excellent 16 year adequate if later in the season or average if starting very soon.

There is no perfect training... something will always happen, be it injury or cards.... but all I can ask for is that the player you are training starts at a young age with pace training.... a lot of players look like the one below.... and in my opinion such players have no chance of playing in the NT.
I've posted a excpected SS for junior in this topic, you might find it useful:

Does anyone know how many minutes equates to 2% Advanced Training in a friendly? it's the last 2% [98-100%]
2023-06-14 15:56:37
one of my players has 135 minutes/96%.
so, logically for 100% (135*100)/96=140.6 minutes. For 2% (140.6-135)/2=2.8 minutes.

I'm waiting for "but 50% is by default". Correct. But how else would you calculate it?

Tbh, I wouldn't bother calculating at all. I'd just set the orders for the 80th minute and hope there's a break in the game around the 82nd minute. OR, even better, don't do it, 98% is just as good as 100%

Saw that message 7 minutes before kick off, adjusted Loffone 17yo from playing 45 mins to 60 mins, he got injured in 60th min as was coming off 16 days , the 46th injury in 3 seasons
some bugger wrote a post saying no injuries in friendlies, obviously worded badly as that was old news nt friendlies only :(
