Bryan Robson para Todos
Being that there are 11 players in all starting XI, 11 should be the bare min.

I now think 12 players should be in advanced training, although i want more i understand that there are way too many top top quality players, 10 I don't understand going that low as you could train 14 well under old system, 14 therefore is too high

I do worry that the best teams for the next 7 or so seasons will have a 1st 11 getting older and older as the gap between the best players before change and those after will be big. Especially in pace. You are not going to fully train young players in advance training as you can only really play in friendly games and not reach 100% training. I would love to train 27 and above in general training and teens and early twenties in advanced. But I cannot afford to weaken in main matches.

A solution to this would be to have the effect of playing in friendly greater based on how young the player is. ie. 100% up to age 22 and by 25+ down to what we have now.

I don't know how smoothly we will transition between players before and after change, but suspect pre change players may dominate in transfers for next multiple seasons as they will have higher levels as they had more training at younger levels. At least until their age effects stats.

If they wanted a slower game with other skills making more of a difference they could have lowered top pace speed in matches with smaller speed differences between levels. At least I wouldn't be as confused as how to effectively maximize training of my team.

Rant now over. :)

Transition to move all the old trained players is certainly going to take some time. Medium term teams that trained pace probably going to be in a better position. Would expect team ratings to start a slow drop as from a few seasons time though. Expect 60 will be the new 70.

I always train my best trainees 96+%

90 mins friendly , 15 mins [bring on @70' to make sure] both league games, in your hardest games have them only coming on if winning by 1 or if drawing or winning, I do always for my best trainees, more people will be doing this.

Also Players aged 28yo and above will now take 25% longer to recover from Injuries, so I don't see teams holding onto players unless they are injured or only a few
