hi all ..... Now the voting page is up i feel it is more appropriate to talk about NT/U21 campaigns.

As i had said earlier , i feel the squad i have is quality but 1 year behind where i needed them. Most of the campaign we played with younger players and i am gutted that they won't get a chance to play a competitive tournament next season :(
My Idea is to keep building, promoting , encouraging and gaining interest from you guys fairly and honestly... I have never once said that i don't encourage and prefer home grown and based players and that will never change.
I would love us all to get a future superstar who we can all train and enjoy that aspect of the game. I do not push anyone to what they train most of you seem to be singing from my sheet already. :P

My idea and plan is to build next season then have 1 more campaign after that... retiring from U21s after winning the U21 WC then going for the NT position after that.
I want you all involved and onboard with me on this and keep up the support and training as you all are.
If any of our national managers have any questions please ask..

but no, seriously i miss Mr G... a true gent of this game and the only person to make me feel bad for ending him....... i told my guy to miss that 1 shot on target we had.... done 4/4 training that week by mistake :P

Which is all of us........... in my opinion... I feel so lucky with the coaches i have around me, the passion you all show..... I know one day i won't be good enough or i need to step up to our NT (certainly wont be doing this until im 73!! ) :P
