Do we all have junior schools? And what are our thoughts and beliefs about them?

Do we all have future U21 superstars? What is holding some players back? Is there anything stopping us from producing, promoting and training?
Have some lost the enjoyment of training?

I've been wondering this actually. You can check who has a youth squad and how many players but that's about the limit without asking.

I think the biggest problem is actually the talent calculation. We have a lot of players coming through who are, essentially, crap and probably should have been sacked from the start. I put up a tool to help with that earlier but whether anyone uses it is another matter.
Ideally we want all 48 Prem and Level 1 teams to have at least a Magical youth coach, but I don't know how many do.

Can you highlight that app again here please?

What do you advise to teams who can't get a magical coach? ;)
