Asunto: U21 Nothis

This is my boy DLP.
First thing I do when I get any youth in is calculate the End Age (in red), then Level is updated each week and I use Excel Trends formula to calculate talent every week. That 0.274 is how much he's going up each week, which works out at a talent of 3.65.
Or you could just use the SK tools thing. I prefer my own math.

Spreadsheet magic!
I built it to be as automated as possible. I put the age in, the player level and Excel does the math for me. Then I've got 1 big sheet where every player is collated into a graph.

So share ;)

I put it up in the association at the start of the season for anyone who wanted to download it.
Honestly, it's still fairly complicated if you don't know spreadsheets. I'd have to create a video for how to use the formula. You're better off using the SK Tools thing.

Do you think yours is more accurate?

It's difficult to say. Over time they'll come out with the same result but I don't always understand how SK does it's calculations in the early weeks.
I trust my math because I can understand it and I use my system because I can manipulate the data I get. With any outside site you're stuck with what they give you.

I’m afraid I have had some terrible youths for the last 3/4 seasons now and nothing is really inspiring to come…… :(
