Asunto: U21 NT comments and support
It was a strange campaign, you can probably see the majority of the 1st team were U20 like they were a year out..... Gutted they wont get a proper competitive tournament but hopefully will still get a chance to shine :P
With more 4/4 training, I'm sure you'll make it next campaign!
Guys... what are your thoughts on NT players getting no injuries but also no training minutes in friendlies? I Posted this as how i see it.... Any stupid remarks, i will find out where you stay and order you 20 pizzas..... 12 cookie doughs , 6 wedges and 8 bottles of diet coke.
It is very pointless and stupid for me..... I understand no one wants their players injured and same as in real life it's frustrating if away on national duty.
But to have no training time in friendly matches is only fair to the bigger countries who play competitive every season and getting that help. This is going to destroy
youth players coming through as not everyone wants to sacrifice points to train.
Well done to teams who solely train players and play them twice a week with 12 squad players. (crap and unrealistic) Why would you have players picked for their NT and not be proud for them
to get games and perform? Some managers are just bitter and don't want these players risked. These are the ones where its all about £££££££££££ ..... probably hockey fans??? or darts?? :)
I believe there are more players who understand the laws/rules and experience of the game and take some risks. The snowflakes are ruining it for everyone else...
Why not create a side version called Sokker.lite for them and get on and create this game to be as good as the new team are promising.
I also think there should be benefits to qualify and perform in these tournaments so why not give the friendlies slightly less , similar to how advanced training currently works.
would anyone watch a match for 90 mins with both teams sitting at opposite corner flags?? I think not!!!!!!!!!!

It’s a tricky one as the injuries I get always seem to be my trainees lately which is strange, and losing training is now intensified by shorter seasons.
Impact of injuries > Extra training benefit from NT matches so makes sense to me.

if no competitive NT matches then 0 training anyway :(

Yeah but you can do training from your league and cup matches which normally full NT players are needed for 1st team so will get their max training anyhow or am I missing something? (Which is quite possible as I don’t have any regular NT players!)
Will be more dependent on whether they are making the first team or not…if not likely a disadvantage….assuming they don’t get injured too much…
I just think they should do away with injuries from internationals, the risk in normal matches is enough, and unless they reduce injury length or increase training speed it’s really not worth the additional training at the moment.
I personally think too many changes are ruining this game , not just what you guys are saying but we never had options like this 5 yrs ago.
Someone in Devs needs to find some backbone or dropped....................

It should stay as it is. Extra training v risk of injury.
If someone does not want their players selected then they can tell the coach.
Having the U21 players boosted by NT matches is great so I would stick with it.

Should still get some level of training playing for any NT ..... even if 20 -30% in non competitive matches
