MIDFIELD

In the midfield, I like players who are strong in ball recovery, and depending on their position, they can even be slower in terms of speed.
adequate [6] stamina unsatisfactory [2] keeper
solid [8] pace formidable [11] defender
solid [8] technique formidable [11] playmaker
formidable [11] passing excellent [10] striker
I am able to place such a player in the position 7.
I would envision players who are fast, strong in defense, and have good passing abilities in the defensive midfield position. The position 6. It should be a player who can quickly transition from defense to midfield.
adequate [6] stamina unsatisfactory [2] keeper
incredible [13] pace formidable [11] defender
very good [9] technique formidable [11] playmaker
formidable [11] passing xxxxx[x] striker
______________________________________________
But I'm not sure if it will be possible to train such a player now. We have such a player in the number 9 position, and in my opinion, he meets my expectations.
very good [9] stamina tragic [0] keeper
outstanding [12] pace very good [9] defender
excellent [10] technique formidable [11] playmaker
excellent [10] passing unsatisfactory [2] striker

You don't have to explain the characteristics of a winger to me, I understand. A winger is a player who operates on the flanks of the field and possesses several important traits. A winger should be fast, agile, and technically skilled in order to beat defenders and deliver accurate passes. They should also have good dribbling abilities, know when to cross the ball into the penalty area or attempt individual runs. A winger should also be effective in shooting on goal and provide defensive support when needed. These are just a few key characteristics of a winger that impact their performance on the field.

Massive thanks for taking the time to produce this Piotr, very much appreciated.
It gives me something to aspire towards. Now I need to give my team a kick up the backside and get them to knuckle down in training lol ;)

Note to myself: don't even bother training anything else but stamina during the break! Looks like friendlies don't matter too much, only 2 pops this week.

Pretty poor week with just 8 pops, largely made up of stamina increases. One of my strikers went to formidable, which is ok!

7 pops. First week with no pop to Dave Saka but knew that day was coming!

I don't count stamina. I had 2 pops for stamina even if it wasn't what I trained. Although, I should've done.

Absolutely! You need to scrape the training barrel on weeks like this ;)

Stamina does not count , and nobody should ever train it!

Haha lol ...
I love a bit of stamina training ;)
BTW I didn't train stamina this week, I just happened to have half my players pop in stam!
I guess pace is a popular training option for those that have a young side, as pace has become so important!!

Pace is important in every position and if you're training players for yourself for future use, then you have to start with pace because it's more profitable to do it when the player is young [confirmed by devs]
In generał it's the worst training and if you're training for profit/fast sell, then it's not a good idea to train pace
and as mentioned, NEVER train stamina, by the time a players is 21 he will get to excellent-formidable stamina on his own...
