Asunto: Pop's
I hope I'll be able to make the most of them in the World Cup. I have to admit that luck isn't always on my side when I'm working with England. Of course, I'd like to achieve something extraordinary with England, even though it's just a game.
6 pops, 1 plop......but he is 37 and still looks half decent. I will need him now after the bad injury last night unfortunately too.
Beckham is now Divine Pace (England GK)....his form remains rubbish however.
No significant tech midfield pops, my youngest traineee had a double pace and PM pop though.

10 pops this week.
Few decent ones, and one which will make Piotr happy.

11 pops today. I'm very happy with the way my players reacted after last week's dire training! I'm now expecting a rubbish week next week. Lol.

I'm getting rubbish pops most weeks. Not helped by not selecting the right teams etc.
Now we have 2 official league matches and a friendly match in each training week, should i just be fielding my A team for the 2 official matches, and my B team for the friendly?
Is this the best way to maximise training? I know there are the 10 slots, which i also massively mess up.
Just realised i'm completely clueless! Nothing new there! :D maybe i should head on over to the Newbie forum.

I usually play my best trainees in league games and then a reserve side for the friendly with the worst trainees. I also set conditions so that if I am winning by 2 clear goals for example I bring on weaker trainees to ensure most get at least 96% training.

7 pops. Better than I was expecting, so no complaints. My youngsters are starting to get there. They just need a few more seasons ;) haha...

Are you going to stick with pace training or switch to another skill?
At the moment, pace is well-trained and is the perfect material for creating a winger. Currently, we have the most significant gaps in the team in this position. I would start training him in technique now and then focus on passing.
If you have other plans for his training, I'd be interested in buying him back from you for a good price.
