Asunto: Pop's
2 pops and 2 plops. Form taking another hiding, the form is becoming a serious concern now.
5 pops but 2 stamina.
Of the 3 pops all lower level bar pace on my gk. So not most interesting of weeks.

I suspect my trainees in AT slots are a lot younger than yours though.

So this is pretty simple and you don't need to touch anything that isn't in the blue coloured box.I've used Guest to demonstrate but I've also left my player data in, because I don't care.
We're in Week 10 and the Guest is 16, so find the corresponding box.
The Guest sumskills are 20 (the previous week was 19, as a demonstration).

Add the sumskill number in the right box, look below and...

right there in green is the beginning of his tracking. If you have Plus, you can backdate these skills right to a players first week of training. I've set this up to run from age 16-22.
You could, if you wanted, use this for tracking single skills. I've been using it to test out potential players to buy. Those of you with Excel skills will know you can also right-click on the graph to get trend lines.

This actually demonstrates my problem with DLP.
Titus Edwards and Curtis Patel are near identical, which makes training them so much easier, but I only want 4 Striker trainees. The problem is DLP is trending a couple of points above them at the same age and might have a slight talent advantage.

He is a lovely player, I’d do tech, then passing to brilliant and train pace till divine after get that done first?
I'm considering giving him speed training, as it might be his last chance to work on it. I’m also wondering if there's still room for him as a defensive midfielder (DM).
The unfortunate thing about getting a week with 10+ pops is then getting nothing for the next 2 months. It's been frustrating.
Everyone is trying so hard for the U21s and it is fantastic to see and much appreciated.....keep up the great work guys
