Serves you right for not training some tragic pace players.

Is the easiest and right move for new members to buy cheap player, discover their talent and sell it for good money, isn’t right?

Don't misinterpret my words. What you just said is right and I encourage you to do it. But my post was about something else.

Get ready for this
the old graph doesn't show much in many cases, for example formation training has same color as advanced training
did he get advanced or formation training in all those weeks? how many % of training each week?
you can show his progress from here, this will be more telling than that graph

I give up.
Carry on everyone, tell me how great and talented your players are just because they jumped from 0 to 3.

I don't understand what your response has to do with what I wrote. I don't really care what are your opinions about "jumping from 0 to 3", I'm responding to your weird graph and asking if you can clarify the details.
Jumping 0-3 is really important, if not pops after two weeks u can kick him cause is useless and untalented

I was only trying to say that the real talent will show up when the skill hits higher levels. From 0 to 3 is easy, it shows nothing. When the skill hits higher levels, the progress will start to diminish. THIS IS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO SAY.
Instead you're obsessed with my graph. I didn't put the name of the player on purpose, it wasn't relevant what my player played or when or how.
But, forget it. Like I said, carry on guys. Prove me wrong and come back on here when that "talented" player will be like in your dreams. I won't mind it, on the contrary, I'd be happy for you.

Like some guy on here said, it depends, How did he say? "did he get advanced or formation training in all those weeks? how many % of training each week?". So if a player doesn't pop after two weeks, it doesn't mean he's "useless and untalented".
If you ask me, a player with tragic pace IS. No matter the age.

The most important pops in pace are between 5-8. If player didn’t pop to 5 after 2 weeks is untalented, after two in 5 acceptable with medium talent, after 6 is good talent if 2 to 6, 3 to 7, 2 to 8 - (or 2 to 7 and 3 to 8) one of top.
So pop after two in each pop to [5] it’s must have to train him later and easier to verify his talent. So if someone get pop two weeks in a row in pace it’s mean that he can have a top talent
