Until what age is it worth to train players ive seen someone saying till 27 is it any chance to take for example brilliant skill to magical whats your experience?

They usually train until they are 27-28 years old, and from the age of 28 onwards their speed starts to decline.

I'd say anything after 24 is diminishing returns but it depends on the player and what you're playing for. Personally once they hit 25 I'd be looking to use that training spot for someone younger.

I go for training to 25, unless they are a star/NT quality then the last couple of seasons training can make all the difference. But most players not worth training 26 and above.

For the sake of earning money, the profitability probably ends at the age of 23/24, for yourself it is worth training until the age of 27/28.

Our NT team needs players to be trained until 28 yrs old imo which is what I do. :)

Hence why I want a few superstars I can really get my teeth into.

So im guessing last season or two is to try to finish some skills that they already have some extra training in rather than taking them from lets say magical to divine

I have 22yo who is really balanced - see below, just popped in tech. I need to pick a direction can’t decide on DEF, MID or ATT…!!

Which way would you all go?

In my opinion, the direction is clear: DEF, MID or ATT. Definitely not GK. Hope it helps.

5 pops. 2 were stamina, another pm on a striker so not the most exciting of weeks.

I would start training techniques now, it will be useful in almost every formation :)
