Thanks Cioly for sharing the info, I appreciate it! Have you ever thought about changing your coach for a better one? :-)
I'll be sharing my work soon, or rather the stats I've been keeping over the last few days :)

Hi Antos!
My trainer:
Radovan Blecha, age: 43
salary: £25,875
club: Szőlősgyörök SC, country: Česká republika,
magical [15] trainer
training efficiency:
heavenly [16] stamina brilliant [14] defense
heavenly [16] speed heavenly [16] defense
heavenly [16] technique awesome [11] control
heavenly [16] passing magical [15] scoring
I have a suggestion.
The junior league would be more interesting if it worked similarly to the adult league. Of course with fewer matches in the leagues, since there is only 1 match in 1 week.
There could be 12 teams with a regular draw, everyone plays everyone once, with 5 home and 6 away matches, or vice versa. Promotion and relegation could be similar to normal leagues.
I have been promoted to the junior Premier league twice with my team, but there I found that the draw is not fair and does not provide equal conditions. And it's the same in the lower classes.
This is not good!
That way, the junior championship would be more interesting, and maybe more people would participate in it. As a result, more English talent could get into the senior teams.
The current junior league is not interesting at all, and that's why I don't think many people invest enough energy in it.
I don't know who decides on this, but if you do, forward my request to him, in case he reconsiders.
I wish you the best!
Best regards,
bodo0313

Thank you bodo for the information about the coach!
As for your idea, it sounds very good! You could suggest it in the appropriate forum like here - for example.

As you can see I have had him for a long time, my head coach is now 103 years old! He's a magical overall but unearthly in all skills apart from keeper. There is no need to change them though.
One day coach retirement will be implemented. It's only been 18 years in the pipeline, but it is coming.
Probably something that needs to be done among other things to curb inflation.

Definitely time for a better coach! The best time is tomorrow to sack your current one and hire a new one on Saturday so that you don't pay twice for coaches' salaries :)
Rafa_Benitez@
Nice coach, in my opinion you can use him for a head coach instead of a junior coach school. Why? As many as four skills are unearthly, meaning you can ideally train these skills in your team. I don't know what kind of coach you currently have.... But it's a good option for a change :)

One of the better coaches in England, I envy him!
I tried to draw an unearthly coach last Saturday - the result is that I'm 1million euros minus :p
wdp74@
A very good coach... but for future changes there may be a problem with him as they are to introduce "pensions" for senior coaches. I don't know when they are supposed to introduce this and from what age it should work.... but you can slowly get ready for the change :)
