I tried to draw an unearthly coach last Saturday - the result is that I'm 1million euros minus :p

A very good coach... but for future changes there may be a problem with him as they are to introduce "pensions" for senior coaches. I don't know when they are supposed to introduce this and from what age it should work.... but you can slowly get ready for the change :)

A little update and what I have been working on for the last few weeks. Thanks so much to everyone for sharing information about the coaches. The second step now is to increase the skills of our staff. I will try to do this wisely and help everyone individually (if this help is needed at all :P)

I will get ready for the change, I have money for new coaches at some stage.

Let us know how it went for you... because I might change the draw system. I'm going to do a 3x unearthly draw every Saturday. Until I finally get one.
In these draws I hit practically only the magic ones. So if someone wants to change the coach at the school to a magic one, it is not a big problem! :)

Because at the moment it automatically changes the search to Magical?? People can get Unearthly but that is very few and far between, Kind of magical in a way...............

Nice, good thread this one. I have to say the first 2 weeks of this season I have not managed to get any 16 yr olds and none worth keeping :(

It's nice that the thread is useful and someone has used it, even if it has to be 5% of users.
