The easiest way to recruit a coach is to put "magical" in each skill . However, this is more expensive and costs a bit more, have you tried the way in the 1st post of this topic or as I wrote?

Thanks for sharing the coach information, almost everyone has already done so.
Does anyone know what is going on with this user five-one, anyone have any contact with him? The user since 2005, has only earned €133,750 from the junior school, I don't know for how long he has owned it... but this is a very poor result and may be the result of too poor a coach.

I agree! We need to be reminded that it is the overall skill of the coach that counts in the coaches' school, not individual skills :-)

He has a pretty daughter and his wife runs the chippy round from my Stadium :P

All my 1st team Coaches are (magical) and all are unearthly in what i train.. Pace, tech and striker... The junior coach now has more skills although at a higher £££££ wage
