Asunto: Future Clubs , NT and U21s ....

I know currently who has who and what they train for U21s ...... Holding back....... ;)
I am looking at a way to elevate training up a notch and all are invited to comment... I don't care if i'm not U21 or NT i just want us all too feel enjoyment , pleasure and a nice warm positive winning feeling for all :P

I don't want you to take it the wrong way either.... I want the good for England, otherwise I wouldn't come here. It was identical in Scotland... and in my opinion it worked out great ... 4 seasons at a high level.

Mines is getting involved... some Nations have 2 players buying all and training... we have Number of users: 153

this is small time plan compared to what Poland, Romania and other nations have currently but could be massive for England..... and fair

I have written about this before with the alligator. I for one am shocked at what level England is at - especially as this is where football originated.
I understand that this is a game... but if you explain to everyone what staff you need to have, what players to buy/sell etc then really England could be top of the table.

Prepared gets you no where.... Show your hand and comment... you and i both know it's a game so need to keep it enjoyable... You aren't allowed to send someone 20 pizzas , 8 cookie doughs and 5 bottles of diet pepsi because they trained their def as a mid that week without saying?

Antos will have his own plans and ideas but i'm basically looking for who normally trains pacey wingers... top defenders.... attacking mids , def mids , GKs and of course sexy strikers? :)
