Asunto: I can't sign my junior players

Hello!
Somebody help me.
I can't sign my youth players.
2 weeks ago I had a junior player whose skills were not yet good enough, so I thought I would wait another week with him.
That's what I did, but since then it won't let me, not even my better-skilled player.
The system says: Error: Double junior promotion.
Who do you think I should write to or what should I do? Has anyone been in a similar situation?

You are not... stupid is the one who knows about this mistake and does nothing about it :-)

Such an odd bug you would think they would fix it by now.
