It took a lot of seasons of having young trainees in my midfield to get here, the key was having a conveyor so that when I sold one a good one was ready to take the place. The new training will affect my team soon I think though.

You'll for sure not be able to like for like replace the players you have now. You've got into a good position where most of your current players still have a decent amount time left but shorter seasons and new training will mean sides will look different in the future.

I will adapt I hope …..if I want to continue longer term. I enjoyed training these players.

I'm the only one who defeated Legia and Thamesmead in their prime. I was the only pressure. Pressure is gone. Now it's just the hissing that it's left.

Also, the only one to give Thamesmead a scare in the FA Cup. That 3-4.

That’s true….but Legia did take me to penalties in last seasons final.

I see you had an easy win against someone who will probably use the excuse 'i forgot to set the team' when we all know it's translated 'i knew i had no chance and i couldn't be bothered fighting'. Some league we have!

Thanks, I didn’t expect to face that team for sure….I also didn’t expect Legia to lose!

I’m really happy though, it’s my 4th consecutive double now. I hope I can reach past round 3 in the champions cup, but it’s so hard when teams hit 83 plus ratings.

With regards to our league I hope it is more competitive next season, it’s nice beating Gibbage’s unbeaten record but I’d like a bit more competition and a closer fight for the title. :)

That’s my 6th Premier title and 6th Cup win now.

That is some turnaround!

I'll happily put an end to those chances on last game of the season. I have nothing to play for other than ruining other peoples parades!

You would do me a favour, Al. Another season in the Premier would be more damaging than a season in II, financially and strategically. Plus, the Premier is a joke right now. Teams that have no meaning or purpose. I noticed another 30+ is about to join next season. I already know who's going to win the league and who's going to finish 2nd. We both know you're going to finish 3rd and blame a couple of injuries for yet another set of unaccomplished threats. The old players teams will finish in comfy positions, nothis will be up and down, depending on the transfers he makes. I'm bored of all this. I need a challenge.
Nevertheless, I will play my game. And my game is always aiming for the 3 points. Unlike the type of managers 'i forgot to set my first eleven', I always fight. Most of my Premier points came from the underdog position, I struggle to remember a game when I was the favourite. Ruining other people's parade, like you say. You used to call it 'robbery'. I'm sure you've got plenty memories about me ruining your parades.
But if I'd choose what's strategically best, I'd rather relegate.

PS: Polska Walczaka is the team I admire the most. Young squad, great tactic, potentially the only real challenger. I hope they aim high.

It was 6 players out at peak!

The gap is closing. You need to bear in mind my team is the 2nd newest in the division, so still progress is needed to close the gaps to those at top. But it is getting there, even if it is not next season.
