That gap is closing. Result is the same as last league game, that time I was easily outclassed. This time only just ;)

Won 17-1 tonight vs Nothis. Good for the GD ;)

Lost 1-0. Guess I'm going to have to get used with frustrating defeats like the one tonight. The lack of experience will cost me in games I dominate and create more than twice as many chances. But the good signs started to show. Hopefully towards the end of season the team will gain in experience and tactical discipline and bring some points in as well. It's work in progress and I can only hope that it developes well.

I’m sure it’ll improve, bit disappointing Fenkand put out a 39 rating tonight vs Legia. My GD gain was minimal due to it.

What happened? Big Bingo jackpot and senior players didn't turn up for the game? :))))

3-2 win in mine. Loads shots, poor conversion of chances. But a win is a win.

No idea but I will expect a tougher line up for our FA Cup match…….

Struggled to a 3-0 win at Barnstable tonight, hit the post twice, missed a penalty and struggled badly to finish….then the goat came on ….Derbin with 2 goals. ;)

Maintaining my points difference but another side put reserves out against Legia so his GD is getting very nice.

Good signs tonight but still missing chances like amateurs and frustration reached new limits. As if it's not enough that I'm lacking experience and tactical discipline, form is low too.

But once again: the state of the team I played against tonight is an absolute insult to this league and to this game.

3-1 win. Slowly starting to gather up wins after a somewhat iffy start to the season.

Those teams will only be decent short term though, they must lose skills quickly given the age?

I still think the game is wrong to keep the skills so high for so long. I looked at other leagues and there's so many teams with high age players. I get it, the training is nowhere near as good as promised by the developers but still, best bit on here is still on Thursday morning. When you actually feel like you're part of the game, you contribute and make it better. Not being just a parasite.
There's a new user asking for advice on the Newbie thread. I almost told him not to bother with and just buy old players. Sarcastically. In all fairness, the game is encouraging this sort of plan though.

It doesn’t really now. The old finances helped that a bit but the change in wages makes older players not worth it as much.

I still have one of the youngest 11 overall in the Prem.
