Asunto: Season 63
I’m 50 next February, scary thought tbh. My Nan bless her lived until 99, she said to me one day that in her head she still felt 18.
wdp74, now I understand why we get along so well. We were born in the same year! :) I'm from January, and you?:)

6-0 win to finish the season. 5th place in the end, so worse than last season but take that given inconsistent form.
Polska survive despite for a third of the season giving away walkovers :/

You got my point tally spot on from the original octopus prediction.
I’m February so you are 1 month older ;)
Tonight I finished the season off with a nice 5-1 home win and over 80,000 supporters.

The main surprise is Boston winning against Forest and sending them down.
Nothis did what I said he is going to do. Ugly. I knew he is going to do it, he stayed away from the forum for the last week. I know he has lost a lot of your respect from most of you on here. I stayed away from the NT drama, mostly because I didn't quite know what the allegations were about. But I cannot let this one go. It's one thing to gossip on here and start an argument, it happened to me too. Opinions diverge and so on. But it's a different thing to deliberately show lack of respect towards other users by not lining up your team in a game. Same with playing corner tactics. If you do it, do it against every other team. Don't play God and pick teams you want to give advantage and punish other teams because you can. It's disrespectful and for this I'm not going to consider Nothis as a member of this game or community anymore. I do, however, expect him to apologise.
Bitter taste already coming back to the Premier. I honestly wish I had the choice to turn the promotion down and play another season in Div 2.

Timisoara - Colne
Hajduk - kowal
Navua - Schadenfreude
What do you think?
I think Timisoara will be the only one coming up.

Out of the teams coming up in Div 2, only one (abacus) has ratings of 50+. Not good.

For relegation from 2 to 3:
WESFA, Sprighill United, Milwall have no owners anymore. I can't believe about WESFA, it was my first tough opponent, the team I had to beat. Some really good players (still young) stuck in there. Springhill, not my traditional opponent, I know some of you that played on here longer will miss him.

Ah so finance chat here…
So this season ignoring transfers coach selections etc. I’ve got income of £3.4m and expenditure of £3.8m. My player wages slightly exceed my match income and my trainer wages exceed my sponsor money. The rest is relatively small..
I’ve won 9 drawn 7 and lost 6 games, aside from an embarrassing 5-2 loss the other week mostly close losses - but over the season my fan club has reduced to around 1900. The big issue is that I have a stadium that can hold 50,000 but attendance especially against some of the lower teams has been really low. I guess a disadvantage of the larger leagues is that teams at the bottom of II have smaller fan bases than in the past.

That is probably true, the attendance matters a lot. Like I said on there, I can only talk about my team. And although the season started with low attendance (after relegation and all that) towards the end it improved (the results helped too) to the point of playing with a full house the latest games.
So it's not that bad, minus 400k. Maybe lower ticket prices would attract higher attendance and bring a slighter better profit. What's strange is your expenditure. Is that the wages (plyers + coaches). Because my wages (players + coaches) amount £3.6 mil.

By the way, CanOnlyGetBetter in my league has a 62k stadium and has had 52k attendance this season.
You need to approach matchdays individually to maximize profit. In my prime, under the best circumstances, I used to earn nearly £4 million.

I just noticed, my ticket prices are between £6 and £8. Maybe I should've put them up for the last game of the season. My bad. This and the fact that I gave the orders without checking if the conditional are saved and I played the game without any substitutions.

Yeah mine are higher £8 and £10/11 so may be pushing too high. Have they altered the engine on that?
