I had 4 too because I wanted to leave room for a forced/injury sub just in case. But I'm glad they've done this. It's going to be beneficial for adding training minutes to players that only play in friendlies.

I won last night 7-1, big game in the league up next. Hopefully I can keep my unbeaten run going.

8-0 win vs Man Utd, he clearly played a weaker side tonight I guess with a view to Wednesday or the cup on Friday just gone. I will spend a bit of time now adjusting the side a bit age wise.

I'm frustrated I won but by default. It's something that sokker has to sort out. Especially now, with the possibility of making 5 subs. This week's training schedule has been blown up because of this game.

As a suggestion I wonder if we could have a woman’s team as well that would shake things up a bit!

You still get trained fully like you had played the game…..because you had your side set correctly.
