Hi everybody!
Today we're crossing the Atlantic to play against Canada.
I'm trying to use the younger players, but the decent ones. A new tactic, more safe, but more compressed. Might use as 2nd tactic the one I forgot to save 2 weeks ago.

no luck, bad tactics. I'm not so confident anymore.

Merson's form does not help, is my Warhurst the only other option? his form not much better but may jump up if played? its the worst form he's ever been in for me so your unlucky there, also Merson was always in form for me

not so many other players to use in the mid. :(

I didn't think there was much wrong with it, the wing-back to wing attack worked pretty well. There was 1 problem though.

That area. Because no-one is playing inside it it's pulling your formation out of shape, mostly the strikers who are then never where you need them at the top. Without high wingers, your midfield 3 then have to long-ball it to strikers who aren't advanced enough, and are forced to charge into their defence.

I'm trying different tactics. low defence, high defence, low striking, high striking, and so on.

today another tactic, close to my ideal tactic.
unfortunately, juytt had no time for scouting, so we will play with the best we have. :(

Remember ratings ARE important for next campaign....

I'm sorry for missing the forum, I'm on vacation, and on Saturday I had to drive all day, so I had no time to write something.
Another fail this weekend. I don't understand why none of my tricks are working.
Strikers have plenty of opportunities to score, but they miss the goal too often. On the other side, defenders are making too many mistakes, maybe because of the lack of skills, such as technique.
We'll see what will happen further, but if there are no improvements, I'll have to pass the next elections.

You need a lot of time to be successful with any NT..
Please try and keep our rankings up if you are going to pass at end of season ;)

As I said to you before, I'll do my best. It's a great honor for me to coach NT England, and I wish only good results for it.
My main goal is to obtain proper tactics for the next 2 seasons, but if I continue with negative results, I'll have to pass the next season. But I hope the results will come by the end of the season.
