Late to post..ballsed up against much weaker Nottingham forest FC team. So at least points shared with someone with good taste in football…. But I really needed the points team form very bumpy atm…

Another win, giving me a 7 point cushion on 4th with 9 points still available.

Even an act of charity from Chuck couldn't save me from a beating. The randomness of performances this season has me incredibly frustrated and considering quitting. I don't particularly want to spend another season in 3, it's boring and not fun.

Ps there was no charity from me. I played my youth, who I would have played regardless of who I was playing against. I had to bring on my subs to get a win. Your side has come on very well in such a short space of time and you're getting some decent ratings now (not be patronising). You'll be far stronger side next time, if you carry on doing what you're doing!

I'll probably just take a back seat and go quiet for a few months. I've reached a point in this game where I'm stuck, I know what needs to be done but it's not possible to do it because of the game economy. All I can do is wait on a good youth pull or get lucky selling someone. The drop into 3 is financially so severe that you can't even build a squad down there without having to tear it up as soon as you promote, and then of course how do you build a better squad for 2 with no money? It's a vicious circle.

Beat Padstow 6-2, however was 2-1 down inside 10 minutes and feared one of those games……

Next up Rock Bottom, tough game and clear best 3rd side now.
