Asunto: Season 67
Think less of results, more of training, then bigger results follow eventually
Train from age 16-18 to age 21-22 is the Best profit. Training on older players will only give you status quo in money, but can bring some results..
So buying a 23 yo to train, will 95% the time not bring profit

I can relate to making no money in league ll. lt is disappointing that you have to sell your young players to balance the books and the Premiership is a big hike up and only a money-spinner if you can stay in the top six. At least l presume that’s the case as l was seventh last season and narrowly lost in a playoff with two top players injured. Not that l am bitter. you understand. Well l am, but there you are.

When you say "no money", what kind of money are you talking about? I am projected to end the season with £2.2mil operational profit. Is this a small amount for you? (It's a genuine question, I am not used with huge amounts of money in my budget, so much that I celebrate having a record £6,1mil in my bank this season)
By the way, I am happy with this. I am not playing this game for quick shots at the transfer market and I wouldn't advice anyone to play it this way. It's time consuming and it's not what this game was created for. I'd rather have fun.
I am, therefore, annoyed with so many non-English league users coming on here and advising us to go down this way. But I guess it's been noted already :)))

Im not advicing to be farmers and stay uncompetetive for many seasons. I have played over 40 seasons with 70+ marks. 3-4 seasons when interest was low is only time i only trained. I think you can effectively do both and is always what I have done. I have 17 titles (9 league, 8 cup)... but have also trained heavily and young most the time and mix of long term trainees (the Best one) and half to to three season (talented medium talents)....
The problem is just you invest too little in trainees and too much in older players before the young trainees Are top end

Yes, you should concentrate on training 16-17yo players (age at the moment of purchase)
There are 2 roads you can take:
a. either you train them for a season or two and sell them with profit and then with that profit you buy better 16-17yo and train them and so on, after some time you generate a really good budget both for youths and 1st team
b. or you buy ten 16yos and simply train them for yourself and then use them in league when they get good enough [21-22 should be the right moment I'd guess]
I plan to use the b. option at some point, should be fun training whole team from ground up whole career, before I did it only with individual players.
The only problem is you need to play every youth in full friendly game [that's easy] but also at least 22 minutes in league weekly so they receive 96% training [only 90 in friendly gives just 85% and that's not enough for efficient training].

I give you this. I see teams relegating from the Premier and buying players in their 30's in Div 2 and I really don't understand it. I am not the best example but I took my time in Div 2 to bring this squad to some decent numbers. And its value grew from £9 to £14 mil. I am aware it's not your rate and not even what you're talking about but I think some of the users need to try this step first before jumping into making business. At the moment, like I said, the plan is still buying those cheap 30 years old, which is really hard to understand.
Before the lamp gets hot, I will repeat, I am not the best example. I haven't let go of some of the players when I could've cashed in big for them. I don't play this game to make money, I play it to have fun. And, as silly as it sounds, I do get attached to some players.

Thats the recipes for ekstraklassa material, because you need around stable 80 rating. Nations with less then 150 users you can be competitive with 72-75 rating and train medium talents 85% and some really top end 20-25 yo 100%, and win a lot.
Cc teams in quarters Are 30% 73-76
Cc teams in quarters Are 30% 73-76
Doesn't matter, long-term it will be more profitable to train for 96-97% than for 85%, so why do the latter? Why settle for average?
Cause your method will end up in crash and burn down to training only again in 10-15 seasons unless you trained for like 30 seasons first.... cause you end only training 23-28 yo, which is status quo profit and having some older world class stars you lose money on to be able to win titles.... My method can give 74-77 rating forever if done properly, cause you have an constant input of profit from medium friday talents to support purchases for first team... so that you have mix..... your method takes forever down in leagues. But is probably not possible to do it in poland and Rumania otherwise

That's pretty much what I did with Mcoi.
Not yet been able to replicate it second time around so far.
Not yet been able to replicate it second time around so far.
Nope it won't, not in new system.
You start with 16yos, then train them for 10-11 seasons, now they are 27 and you stop straining them. They will play at top level for 6 more seasons and in this time you can either:
a. make money on training & have enough money to then replace the oldies
b. train another batch that will be 23-24 when you start changing the team, you go down a bit in level but just for 2 seasons, and it's not a huge quality loss
Everything is doable in this method at a level where you can train so easily
There's just no point in doing your method at their level, I think you haven't seen the strenght of Div II leagues in England. Easy both to train & win, so there's no point in 85% training.
Look at the league levels:

That's 5th league level in Poland except 2 or 3 teams, you can easily both get 97% training and decent results at such level, very easy to do.
I do that [97-100% training] while getting ok results at this level (results would be better but I went far in the Cup for tickets money and had to field 16-17yos for whole games in league]
68.6 MKS Pieczewo Olsztyn

Maybe because it isn't easy to replicate. Otherwise, everyone will be on 74 rating. I really think that some advice given on here is good but not the right step for most of users right now. Maybe there are a few steps and habits that we need to skip first before going down the route of pushing for top ratings and whatever is being mentioned above.
Yes.... im also giving 96% training when I have easy opponents.... but some weeks I have to play entire 1st team 1 or 2 matches... but ofc I also put if winning by 3 at 60 and 70 minut in orders...
But sometimes I lose matches if I train more then 85% on the youngest trainees
My top 3 rivals play 71-73 against me
You take 1. Division here and compare

I Even lost a title cause I took too many risks with 96% training
There's a team in Ekstraklasa that joined in 2020 and plays for 76-78 now. And we had many examples of old users joining with new teams and improving very fast to that kind of level.
Everything works the same as it did before, but you get more ticket money (2 league games a week) and training is much easier (you can train up to 4 different skills/week) so you in fact can train your whole team (10/11 players) which was impossible in the old system. So it should be easier to replicate.

This is my point: one example. I am sure you can find a few more. But only a few. So, it's not that easy.
