Upgrades on the existing one who is retiring, so he's now retired early.

Still going to need a new assistant and junior coach but that can wait.

That's why I'm not using coach select any more for a little while. As the old saying goes, quit while you are ahead.

I am never as lucky as aluminium in coach hiring however I bought an old boy cheaply even though he’s not returning to replace my 87yo who is shirking his responsibilities from next year haha
