Asunto: The Daily Transfer Show

I suggest to those who have places in the squad and some money put to one side, maybe you could fill your squad with potential U21 players and give them some training. England U21 is not just for when you're the coach, you know.

I would gladly do that, but I don’t have any material to train with.

Nothis, should I understand that you have around 30 million in your account?

Jensen, additionally, everyone should be training young players, not just those who have money.

Lol I wish

Been trying to do that but, well, you saw yesterday what the price of those kind of players is. Kane Chapman must be around the 10th potential U21 player I've tried to pick up and he went for 750k, way more than he was worth.

For future reference, I plan on posting a "Shopping List" of everyone hitting their DTS targets when I have the data. We have a lot of good 18 year olds.

I have the smallest bank balance I have had for a while unfortunately. I do make a seasonal profit based on cup runs and home league matches but not as much as previously. I need to create some money somehow, not having a good youth for 5 seasons certainly has hurt too.

I had Jordan Redknapp in my file to bid on him and completely forgot. Grrrr! He went for about 600k.

Not convinced there's anyone here worth having, Harrison Tevez is the best of them and could arguably be a defender or a midfielder but he's some way off the level required.

Seeing as I've been doing this 7 weeks, here's the list of players so far who have hit the line.

Nobby Wheeler (GK)
Tom Seaman (GK)
Amos Dawes (GK)
Parker Duffy (GK)
Robbie Ellard (GK)
Jackson Reid (GK)
Ivan Le Saux (GK)

George Newman (Def)
Neil Carruthers (Def)
Matthew Feemster (Def)
Kobbie Adingra (Def)
Clarence Bruyne (Def)
Baron Matterson (Def)
Eric Bowyer (Def)
Bernard Burn (Def)
Charles Garbutt (Def)
Neil Faulkner (Def)
Jonah Baker (Def)

Finlay Venables (Mid)
Romeo Munro (Mid)
John Cousens (Mid)

Alex Morgan (Wing)
Moss Green (Wing)
Frazer Kay (Wing)
Tony Mazur (Wing)

Darcy Perkins (Att)
Henry Weller (Att)
Daniel Holland (Att)

What surprises me is how few strikers are hitting the target, seeing as it's the easiest outfield position. Those 4 wingers though are all serious quality.

why is Tevez Def?

I see him as a Mid/CDM.

Initially I had him as a midfielder until I saw where he was on the graph. It's easier for him to hit the defensive line than the mid and by the time his Pace and Technique are sorted, there won't be time to boost his Passing and Playmaking. So it was a question of needing to train 3 skills or 4.

Fair enough.
