Lewis Burke is up in 15. He might be a bargain for the right trainer.

These rankings only apply to the top two leagues. Otherwise, teams like Chuck Norris from Division 3 would surely affect them.

It's very hard to say which club is better at transfers. Some have huge numbers in their columns but that doesn't always show the real picture. I tried to show you the top 5 and bottom 5 for each category. Bear in mind some clubs have been around forever and over the seasons the transfer market has changed a lot. So did some of the clubs/owners and their attitude towards the game. Look at Northern Thistle's number of players bought/sold. Their owner was almost done for human trafficking at some point. Among other crimes he is suspected of. He is a changed man now, some say he even joined the church choir. I know for sure he attends a book club together with Piotr and Truffs. Point is, he is not on the transfer market 24/7 anymore.
So, don't be alarmed if your figures are near or nowhere near some of those posted above. The important thing is to stay within your budget.

I suggest to those who have places in the squad and some money put to one side, maybe you could fill your squad with potential U21 players and give them some training. England U21 is not just for when you're the coach, you know.
