Asunto: Season 68

I'm almost tempted to help some of them out but it would be unfair to pick and choose. Ultimately the guides exist and help is there if they want it.

I haven't checked the stadiums but there are some clubs in 3 who are not poor by any stretch. They could quite easily get up and stay up if they were motivated to do so. Pritchards XI (or Harry Lall) sold a youth for nearly 4m only a couple of months ago, I don't think they're even in a playoff spot. With the teams going down, it may be that they've missed their chance too.

I wouldn't worry. I've seen teams going at steady pace but on the right path. I remember rooting for Corvin to get out of that poised 3.01. And look at them now, competing against me for a Premiership spot.

Camus para Camus
That's a pretty unfortunate draw. That 1 team that arguably could stay up ends up with the most difficult game against CanOnlyGetBetter. Armitage could maybe catch out Hunstnaton, I don't see Pogon beating Blitzkreig. Oxford who I like, stand little to no chance against 60 rating Linkin Park.

37.0 Southort FC (into 1 via Craiova)
43.0 MKS POGOŃ SIEDLCE 1944 (into 1 via Blitzkreig)
35.9 towns ultras (into 1 via Eudaimonia)

33.3 Brighton FC (into 2 via Welling)
36.2 Athletic Lula (into 2 via Timisoara)
28.5 Newcastle Rovers (into 2 via Sudamericanos)

44.7 Armitage Shanks (into 3 via Hunstnaton)
52.5 abacus fc (into 3 via CanOnlyGetBetter)
44.1 Oxford United F.C. (into 3 via Linkin Park)

Most important thing is to get stability and create a base from where you can grow. I got a lot of criticism about my stagnant period. I accept it, maybe I should've risked more. However, my growth is real and I can say my club is pretty much safe, my squad is balanced in skills and age and I am confident that I can run it this way for a few more seasons without a huge amount of work. So, my advice to clubs making their way up: don't risk it! Take little steps, within your means but make sure you invest in something that pays off. Buying two 35 years strikers is not a good investment.

i will build additional 2-3k next week (i want build 2k before season )

Pogon plays a (I'm guessing) default tactic, Blitzkrieg might do it. The others, no chance.

I think (or hope) we're going to have a situation in 2 or 3 seasons where these clubs that are dropping into 3 to rebuild are going to come back with a vengeance. There must be at least 10 of them now who are established, experienced and have the money to invest in training without worrying about stadiums or paying the bills. In the meantime it's giving the newer clubs exposure, money (and a reality check) in Level 2 to set themselves up.

My first big sale was a player from academy. I think it was £1.4mil. I invested almost the whole amount into a bigger arena. I recovered my investment within two seasons. I moved on to coaches and so on. Things started paying back almost immediately. Most of my seasons, the academy is making profits. This season too. And I'm not talking about £4mil sales, never had the luck.
Of course, other experiences are available. Each of us 'at the top' have had different stories. But, once again: have patience and don't risk it for a short term satisfaction. Think long term.

I think I did the math on stadiums and you need to sell out 10 home games to pay back the cost of building. I think it's probably the smartest investment for a young club in a league where they're overmatched.
You can always to to make a fortune with youths but it's a lottery. I tried with the youth system way too early when I came back and it crippled me for 3 seasons.

Youth system is a lottery. Stadium capacity is a certainty. There are plenty of cheap decent players on the market, everyone is overlooking them because they all want the potential stars. You can build a squad with players costing £2 to £1000 pounds. A squad that would suit your tactics and get you through the season. Some of them could even be those potential stars if trained properly.

I've been trying to push this with the Daily Transfer Show. There are players who aren't quite U-21 standard but they would be perfect trainees for clubs with little money.

You may have to reinvest soon, as the players you have in AT slots are getting on for that role now.

I'm still not sure what the optimium stadium size is, as you can tweak ticket prices. However, it is certainly not the 3600 that Abacus have (how they've not upgraded it in all the time playing I don't know).

Already have new strikers in the squad, thanks for the advice though. They already started playing and both scored. On the bench I also have two young(er) strikers for back up.

Forest Hill is having a clear out. Navua will probably play in the Premiership next season.

Did you get money today?

From the friendly, yes. The bonus wasn't paid yet. Why?
