Asunto: Junior Coaches

I did something like this before when I was trying to work out coach wages (that's still ongoing). Now we need to evaluate what's going on with the youth players we're pulling.
These are only the top 48 clubs but obviously I'm happy to add anyone below (Chuck). We only need to know the general level of the Youth Coach, nothing else. Let's fill this out.

For anyone looking at this and wondering whether it's worth upgrading your coach

It's estimated that each coaching level is worth .2 in terms of player progression or talent.

I'm sure Borkos will be around soon to correct me but I believe the max talents are...

Unearthly 3.2
Magical 3.4
Brilliant 3.6
Incredible 3.8
Oustanding 4

and so on. You don't really want anyone lower than Brilliant as it's already difficult and expensive enough to get a profit out of the youth system. You can pick up a Magical on wages of 22k a week by simply avoiding Keeper skills.
