As I have said numerous times though, my team is declining and others are at the same time closing the gap….my time at the top is pretty much over. I don’t mind though as it’s time to start my next cycle. :)

I will rebuild, but my team is much older on average than I’d like. Therefore it needs a big overhaul ;)
