Asunto: Coaching crisis!
Definitely Gordon. The other one isn't worth keeping with those wages because you'd be massively overpaying for Brilliant Junior coach or assistant
depends who you plan to train, if you have young defenders and plan to train defender, then Gordon isn't really cutting it, unless you'll swap him with an assistant (with 16 defender) for the duration of def training
I'd keep on looking for another one, preferably with high stamina and low goalkeeper (unless you plan to train GKs, which doesn't really make sense in current market).
Stamina IMO is important for main coach, it effectively makes your players get +1 in stamina every 6-8 weeks, so you never have to train it. With main coach who has low stamina you won't get that.

This is my assistant (he was supposed to be my new main, but I got a better one with 12 GK while looking for an unearthly), cost-wise perfect for head coach unless someone wants to train GK, I'd try to get someone similar... just set everything for max and goalkeeper for min

There's a shout to sack both because they have Unearthly wages

Ah I didn't see the Magical Defending. Yeah arguably neither are good enough for those wages,

That is the best main coach I've ever seen utterly amazing, as long as you have a reasonably young divine keeper

Well I have blown over 3.5 million to get them and some magical assistants. I dont have any cash left.
Cost me about 1.5m but I managed to get a 59 yr old unearthly coach on less than £35k per week to replace my retiring 95 yr old.
If you're buying this early you're getting at least 2 seasons, and likely quite a few more because retiring at 60 isn't common. I keep looking at these Unearthlies on the market that are a 100 and thinking "Well they're not retiring this season, and even if they retire next season I've still got 2 seasons out of them".

Why replace the coach so early? They retire AFTER the season ends.

I just didn’t want to get to the end of the season and have a panic…..so I panicked earlier instead ;)
I reckon he will stick around for a while.

The earliest retiree I have heard of is 69, so I’d hope to get 10 seasons, fingers crossed for more.
I definitely read someone complaining about their 60 retiring but then that's what you get for intentionally relegating.
I’m fairly certain even when I change my team around I won’t relegate.

At the end of last season, when I was deciding what 11 to play in the play-off, the coaches situation was one of the factors that made my mind up. And, yet, I still have 2 retiring at the end of this season.
