Asunto: Coaching crisis!

At the end of last season, when I was deciding what 11 to play in the play-off, the coaches situation was one of the factors that made my mind up. And, yet, I still have 2 retiring at the end of this season.

The new coach of mine is the oldest by a distance, I have 3 in mid 40’s and another at 53. The 59 yr old replaces a 95yr old so I hope he will stick around a while and I won’t have to spend much for quite a few seasons. Fingers crossed.

I had younger than 69 put in for retirement last season.

Literally all my coaches last season that could retire handed their notice in, youngest was 61 or 62.

Ouch, I hope I get 10 seasons from the new guy…..he cost me enough.

For others looking, there is a 51 yr old unearthly coach on the market, currently 3.5m though.

For 3.5m, might as well do the lottery.

I would think so. I must admit this coack= cost me I would guess close to £2m though and his age isn't what I would call perfect. My previous coach was but after just 5 clicks I almost sacked him with shock! lol

Paid 2M few seasons ago and cunt is retiring

Getting relegated is pretty much a sure fire way for coach retirement to happen as I found out last season.

That’s a shame, he looked perfect if you don’t train keepers.

This one ive got as a junior coach at the moment im wondering if there will be much difference in stamina pops

As a junior coach it’s the overall that’s important only….i.e Unearthly.

As a head coach his stamina would be the weakness.
