So what we should be ending up with once we've got the youth squads is something that looks like this.

This would only cover 6 submissions so I'd either expand it or just create a 2nd graph. Essentially though, the aim is to get as close as possible to that gold line (which should also run along the top until 18.6, but I'll sort that later). In this case, the best youth squad would be Team 6.

For what it's worth, that gold line is basically the perfect junior. Join at 16, level 7.2, perfect talent see's them leave age 18.6 at superdivine (or younger but at a lower level)

Ok, that's everyone messaged apart from the inactives in Level 3.

So you may remember that I put out a stupidly complicated graphic a few weeks ago that even I felt was difficult to read. It needed to be simplified, so that's what I've done.
What we have here is a basic approximation of the SKTables youth grading system. I'm not a huge fan of it because it lacks transparency, so I wanted a visual representation.
There's certainly some argument to be had here, especially at the low lines and even I'm not sure whether I'm looking at this as the youth starting point or it's end point. It can perhaps be looked at as both but not in terms of comparison.
For example, a 16 A Tragic is not on the face of it better than a 17 B Divine, but you can't compare because one is at the start of the line, and the other is at the end.
Anyway, I hope you get some use out of it and it gives you a rough idea of what level you want your youths at.

Can someone give me a dullards course on how i can display a screenprint of SK tables on here in the easiest way? CBA with uploading images on to free image storing sites, but you guys seem to be able to do it pretty simply.

Windows+Shift+S but you'd still have to upload it somewhere I think. I use Postimages because it's literally 3 clicks.

Argh, bloody SKTables has screwed up with the age calculation.

I did a test run yesterday with my kids. Repeating it today, everyone is calculated at .2 older.
