Asunto: Camus' Camp Young Boys Club (U-21 Manager)
Anything is possible because the range of players is much tighter at U-21, but that's a tough draw.
I'll be extremely pleased if we can get 4 points, but even that's a big ask.

Got the game with Egypt that I wanted. You may get an invitation
Good luck. :)
Tough draw but hopefully you can spring a surprise. What is this age group like?

Honestly I don't fully know until I get into it tomorrow. From what I've seen, we have 1 weakness but the rest of pretty strong. I'm about to post about it in the association

That's the election done, the work starts tomorrow. Thankyou very much for your support but especially Nothis, who has really focused on getting the squad ready for this season and encouraged me to take the U-21 job.
It would be really helpful to me if you could all join the national association. There are certain things like the scouting service and the guest manager plan that can't really be done properly here. You'll also see the full scope of what's being setup for the National Team(s).

Right, the game against Egypt in Week 2 is sorted and we've got a U-20 game against Slovensko booked for Week 3 because I don't want any important players injured or banned.
And now it's time to get to work!

the friendly games are played in Arcade mode, players can't get injured
cards still matter though, which doesn't really make sense

I knew that was coming but I didn't know it had been implemented yet. Doesn't matter, it's a chance to run the U-20's out anyway and I dont want to give too much away.
I've done the 21's, which was a somewhat depressing ordeal. Halfway through the 20's now and it is a vast improvement on what we've got for this season. There are reasons to be positive.
Absolutely delighted with the U-20's, I think they could give our U-21's a decent game. They maybe don't have the stars (yet) but the training is just so much better balanced and for once there are no obvious positional weak points in the squad, we have strength in every position.
Almost done with the database now, only a handful of 17s to go. Still need to assign everyone a position.
