Asunto: Coaches

I have 4 coaches retiring at end of season, this puts me training to death of all my English players, i swear they didn't want to do it like this surely not?
btw i have no money with 1 player to sell soon

I'm losing 1....

I will be selling 15million+ of players, got some nice English youth, don't want to kill them with lesser coaching
my fans are running away from this club all season, now they will leave by the 10's

the destruction of my club :(

I feel where they go wrong in this game is they do not value the 3 points they value how many goals you win by which is ridiculous and needs to change

I am losing my my main coach who is 95 yrs old. The rest of my coaches are ok age wise luckily now.

All I can say is that you've got 3 months to replace them. Then there should be nothing to worry about for quite some time.

Oh and don't buy coaches over 60. That's where the potential retirement age starts.

replacing unearthly coaches is not easy at all, replacing 3 in 1 season very very difficult now

the only coach i bought last season aged 62 ,3.1m is only one i have hence my sentence above

Settle for Magical while you wait. Arguably you only need 2 Unearthly anyway, paying that much for an assistant is madness.

3x 14 assistants are definitely enough

I saw a 68yo go for 3.65mill i saw a 48 yo go for 6.5 million, your right don't get 3 unearthly assistants..... which makes it only 2 unearthly's i need, is doable
and 3 x 14 are defo not enough borkos, worst ways i'll have 1 magical asisstant & 2 unearths now instead of 3 unearthly's ,i hope....

no i have 4 and magical main coach who has unearthly in everything bar gk , magic stam

Then you've already got the perfect ready made replacement.
Promote the Unearthly assistant who isn't retiring to youths, keep the Magical head coach and do whatever you can with the assistants. (at the end of the season. Like I said, you've got 3 months).

Assistant wages in this game are a scam. 3x the cost of the head coach for a fraction of the benefit.

mate, I've had 3x 15/16 assistants, but from many, many years I only keep 3x 14 assistants, there's no difference other than terrible wages for 15/16 coaches

and I make tons of money on training with those 3x 14...

Nope the magical is retiring too, only 1 x unearthly stays, i keep all as it is until i sign another unearthly soon i hope, then another then 2 x magicals are easy to get

Borkos what is the training % difference in 3 x unearthly 16 assistants and 3 x brilliant 14, if it is say 3% ? most young trainees get 96% anyway taking it down to 93%.

I would like to see the graphs of all the mixtures
like 2 x Unearthly and 1 Magical
1 unearthly and 2 magical
please if possible?

I don't think anyone has that information. The difference is so small that it's near impossible to caculate.

And the assistants don't work on the same scale as the head coach. I think they're responsible for a small boost to formation training , which is already 4x slower than advanced.
