I don't think anyone has that information. The difference is so small that it's near impossible to caculate.
And the assistants don't work on the same scale as the head coach. I think they're responsible for a small boost to formation training , which is already 4x slower than advanced.

nobody knows that, but I don't think that there's even 1% difference between 3x 16 assistants and 3x 14 assistants
I had pops to [10] after 2 trainings, or 4 to [13] pace etc.
in general I think assistants help mostly with general training and the difference between 3x 14 and 3x 16 is minimal... well honestly I haven't noticed any...

I had 4 out of my 5 coaches retire last season and the 5th one will go this year as he is over 90. Cost me millions and I am still not where I was.
The difference between each level is probably something daft like 1 extra training session per calendar year, which to most isn't really going to be noticable, when that's 0.1-0.2 of a skill level. So the amount of money gained from it would be more than cancelled out by additional wage.
I had to replace a similar amount. Spent 400k getting a full unearthly coach, then probably 1.6m over the course of the season replacing the others. So wasn't horrifically bad but is a huge lottery.
I’ve got one retiring this season that I actually bought for peanuts due to being ancient, was hoping to get more than 1 season but that’s life.

Really that seems silly, that needs to be explained somewhere , why is it a secret?

Most things in this game are a secret or were supposed to be a secret, but were "discovered" or calculated by users. Things like talent, subskills etc.
Unfortunately it would be extremely hard to discover/calculate the exact impact of 1 assistant level on training.

If it really goes with age...hopefully I'll be fine for a while...my next oldest unearthly is 61..
As soon as they hit 60 can retire at any time. If you decide to relegate to II they will be more likely to retire too.
I got hammered on my coaches last season as a result of relegating. I suspect if I had stayed up, 2 of the 4 retirees would have stayed on. WDP I'm sure had a coach not put in retirement and was something daft like 91.

Surely you should be able to get them younger?
I would love if you could promote one of your older players to a coach...or a club legend and be able to train/improve your coaches, similar to our players..... ie I have Matt Le Tissier and would love to have him promoted to a coach...to train him to an unearthly coach would be mind blowing

I think that's been discussed. Something needs to be done, because new clubs can't afford the market or the coach lottery.
Something like that would make a lot more sense than the current lottery system. Keep the lottery system in place, but also have the option of paying a fixed amount for a current player to get their coaching badge. Not sure what the amount would be but it would have the potential to be both more expensive or cheaper depending on your luck than the lottery.
The funniest thing is that if you want to earn good money to improve your team, you have to have a good trainer to do it, but new clubs don’t have money for it
