Asunto: Coaches
The funniest thing is that if you want to earn good money to improve your team, you have to have a good trainer to do it, but new clubs don’t have money for it
You don't need unearthly coaches to improve the players. Nobody had them at start and yet many teams improved very, very fast.
The whole game is about progress, it's expected to start slow & cheap and then improve by getting better trainees, better coaches, better stadium, better players etc. That's the whole point of this game.

Start of with a bus.
Progress to a bus with 3 mini buses.
Then a coach with 3 buses.
Then an executive coach (with toilet) and 3 buses
Then if you want to go for the mad option. Spared no expensive like the guy in Jurassic Park.
Then an executive coach (with toilet) and 3 articulated buses.
The guy in Jurassic Park as far as I could see only hired one programmer on a poor wage. He brings down the whole operation as he goes pure mental having been disgruntled for a while. I digress a bit. Thinking back to sokker. You can learn from this too. So basically sack or sell anyone on bad form for a while would be my advice

When i stick a magical as my assistant it goes down from 93% to 91% , that's just one assistant unearthly to magical........... ergo 2% difference already

Nope, it just shows you the average of your coaches, it was created by DEVs hired to do the design/front, they had no idea how the training works so it doesn't show anything significant

I was coming back to say i think you'll answer with, it's not 2% though , it just shows as that
Then it is lies and we shouldn't be able to see it as people do loads of sokker money because of it
But you are useful because you have stopped me doing more money at a crucial time, so for that I am grateful

Training Percentage or minutes (100%) x Head Coach Skills (in theory 100% for Unearthly) for main training
Training Percentage or minutes (100%) x Head Coach Skills, divided by 4 for formation training
Really not sure who is responsible for general training but I'd imagine it's some combination of head coach and assistants.
It's possible that assistants boost formation and main training slightly, but not enough to be noticed. How they work is another matter. It's certainly not on averages, though it could be Average Level x Number of coaches. My theory was it was the overall level, so 3 Unearthlies would be worth 48, 3 Magicals 45 etc. But then the question becomes Are 3 Excellents equal to 2 Magicals, as they both total 30.
Regardless, assistant wages are an absolute ripoff when you total up the cost to benefit ratio, especially compared to the head coach.
36k for Unearthly head coach
108k for 3 Unearthly assistants
but the head coach is vastly more important.

Yesssssss I got a Unearthly 58 though, but within about 150k get in
Scampi fries or bacon fries for snacks.
It's a decent snack. Not too much. Not too skimpy either.
Whisky or orange juice for light refreshments.
Actually there won't be orange juice but we'll put the option there. Just to appease any health and wellbeing act we might breach by not offering an non alcoholic option.
If anyone orders we will have the right to refuse them onboard or just simply say it's out of stock.
As for ticket prices. That's an accountants job. I'm the ideas guy. Somewhere between £0.15 and £150 seems reasonable.

He 100% won't retire next season.
2 seasons time he will though.

It's a shame they can retire yet only just join a season or 2 before, nothing can be done about that it seems, would be too much trouble coding. so it's a double lottery.
I paid about 200k for my unearthly, and 250k for a lower wage 50yo Magical, happy with that :) 2 to go before season ends.

Just spent a good £700,000 to try and replace my unearthly youth coach, I gave up but did get a younger cheaper magical assistant. :/
