Just spent a good £700,000 to try and replace my unearthly youth coach, I gave up but did get a younger cheaper magical assistant. :/

Definitive proof there are sub levels there though as both mine and yours have same skills but a different wage.

Oh yeah there are absolutely sub-levels. That £36060 is the max though, so he's basically perfect.
