Whole nations a stretch, but he had a 5 point bumper & Goal diff] so really 6, if lost 3pts he probably would have won it still, i say defo, I don't want to be too harsh though as this must hurt him, even for a game, those start of seasons I had when i could of challenged for the title hurt, so I understand the pain

I mean i'm not one to chime in, but it was definitely a mistake not to play full reserves leading up to the biggest game you've ever had. You've won the league loads, and you probably still will even if you lost the league game.

I think you got a bit greedy trying to win both and paying the price.

But you know that, i'm just rubbing salt in the wounds ;) just go and win the CC final anyway and prove none of it mattered :)

Last season at this stage I was 8 points clear, at one stage that reduced to 3 points as I had a really bad run of games. My thinking was not of greed but more so around what happened last season. I did not for a second imagine losing players like I have this week. The losses last season are the only reason I didn’t not take the 5 point gap for granted.

u cant say that, did u not bring kids on vs Lodz and Bedzin end of last season

If they got injured in the CL , you could still pull of league and cup,

your problem then seems to be you don't realize how bad we all are , not at the game, player wise, I've got no chance against any big side, lodz has kids, nothis aint got a great team and wacked RB 8-1

which leaves Bedzin who Lodz done 5-3, you could mess up vs one team and win on GD, that's how you should of seen it

I will still bring on kids to maximise training after the cup finishes though :)

Of my AT players, only 2 are of a good enough standard. These rest are liabilities. As you saw last night as it was my 20yo that caused your injury in the 74th!

I have no idea why my fans are expecting an easy win against a team expected to win the title according to fan expectations...

Because match expectations are based only on how big the fan clubs are, while season expectations are based on a number of indicators (like average rating, money in the account etc.)

His fan club is certainly bigger than mine.

It probably isn't, last 10 seasons you were almost always in the Prem, while he had 7 seasons in 2nd and 3rd league which must've cut down his fanclub a lot.

Lost 3-1, absolutely killed by having just 3 defenders. My defenders I did have were also dropped in form and their strikers weren't able to be tackled apparently. The best team won.
