Coach recruiting is a nightmare.

It's broken. There's no way for a new club to get a decent coach. The lottery is too expensive with no control and the market is too expensive with not enough coaches.

I agree, I am lucky I now have a good set that are young enough. My oldest is my newest at 59 yrs old.

I thought my club ikon had found his retirement when his form was 2-6 for weeks at beginning of season. So I used 12 m eu on a new 28 yo monster... but now with a 25 days injury to My best striker (31 yo former polish nt (aswell as Góral)) Góral is going to be My saviour for the end of the season

Because winning the league by 9 points instead of 6 is very important (just ask wdp).

But the top 4 (last 3 matches) Are all only 60-40 matches... they play at 71-73 and have good tactics , so 2 losses and My 6 point Lead would be gone ... very likely if I had to play only 1 good striker

I am hoping for another double this season, 2 more points and it's achieved. ;)

But winning by as many points as possible is more important than just winning the league. Even if it means sacrificing a final to be able to do so.
