It's easier just to say a maxed out youth system is going to cost you £485200 for the coach and £234,000 for 30 spaces, for a total of £719,200 a season. Then divide by the number of players you got for that season.

It's my statistic, and it favours those who train their own rather than buy in. WDP just sells his youth for millions then claims his junior school produces nothing. Home grown should be encouraged over those who favour mercenaries.

If more trained their own it would benefit both NTs in the long run.

Not accoring to the incorrect or never proven rules where NT players boost attendance. Plus if you have NT quality players, you win more matches (unless injured on NT duty) as will be better players. Better results = more money = profit

Training profit and profit throughout the season 2 different things.
