I always invest in youth. Then let them grow until they reach first team level. I've changed the generation and the ratings are almost the same. I'm planning to run another cycle. It's probably the only side of this game that I enjoy. I know I could've capitalised on them at the peak and made lots of money but it's not the fun that I'm looking for. On the other hand, I am realising that I have no chances of getting higher in the Premiership unless one of the generation proves to be exceptional. But even like this, I've been in top 5 national ranking for ages.

What is the point of Division 4? Some of the leagues have 'no events'. No transfers, nothing, no activity whatsoever.

It used to be active, however when they restructured each division (Prem to 12 teams from 8 teams) each division got more teams and Div 4 became less needed. I would think we aren't far away from not needing a division 4? Id be interested as to how many teams are actually active there.

If they're any active teams, I'm sure there's plenty of room in Division 3.

I’m still here just been ridonculously busy IRL.

Was promoted a few months ago and am struggling - essentially working when I’m not sleeping….

Benefits are less meddling with my team which seems to help me do better in the league….

Some of us calculate everything, how many minutes each player plays, who's got 2 yellow cards, training and all that. I played my friendly tonight, initially I thought wow, what a reserve team they've got, but then I realised I played against their first 11. AND their next game is a relegation play-off! I really hope it was a mistake (considering young players didn't get a minute) and not some strange obsession with winning at any price, even with the risk of injuring your best players in a pointless game.

I saw that, yet he used a different formation, not the last one. Anyway, it doesn't matter.
